LONDON MAD HATTERS F/W 2013

The Brits do so love their mad, crazy hats. We love them for the inspirations and crowning glories.
FASHION EAST 50 SHADES OF GREY INSPIRED

FELDER FELDER. ODE TO THE MODERN ARMORED WOMAN. NOTE THE SPIKED TRIM.

VERY WEARABLE

HOUSE OF HOLLAND. THIS WILL BE ONE SWEATY CAP TO WEAR.

ISSA FEDORA. Crown is a little short but it is an easy look to carry off.

Reminds me of the Gucci fedora from 2 season back.

JASPER CONRAN. J'ADORE LA CLOCHE.

OK, I know that this is more like Notre Dame's LARGE BELL than a classic cloche but made shorter for mass market and you have a winner.

INTERESTING, THAT WE SEE THIS TALL CLOCHE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE POND. HERE, USED BY OSCAR DE LA RENTA. MAYBE A GALLIANO INFLUENCE?

LOUISE GREY. Darling you need to try better. Looks like a throw back or throw away from Galliano's bag lady collection.

I love Sasha and Marion from KTZ but what can I say........it ain't going to sell.

This does fit in nicely to the grunge wave or dirty rock'n roll chic that is bubbling once again, as seen in St. Laurent's California grunge updates of Kurt Cobain.
Snoods by Giles.  They did not retail last time around. Lets hope for a really,  really cold winter 2013.

Knit beret by Margaret Howell.

These headpieces by BORA ASKSU are tres Game Of Thrones but it also works with the FASHIO GETS RELIGIOUS" trend as seen in the Valentino, Alexander McQUEEN and Rochas collections

Meadham Kirchhoff, is this muse going into battle on Game of Thrones.
